The DentiMax Document Center is easy-to-use software that allows your office to organize, capture and store: (1) patient insurance cards, driver’s licenses and ID cards (2) patient signatures on your own financial, privacy and patient release forms and (3) all printed documents.

The DentiMax Document Center integrates seamlessly with the DentiMax and other practice management systems.
How does it work?
Simply click on the Document Center icon for instant access to all of your patient's previously captured ID cards and signed documents. The Document Center icon can be found in any of the
DentiMax patient screens. If you are using a system other than DentiMax, the Document Center icon will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen (in the system tray).
If you need to capture a new insurance card, ID card or scanned document, simply click on an icon to scan this information for later retrieval. Capturing a signature for your release forms and capturing documents is just as easy.
